MINI STRAWBERRY TART
OATMEAL & SESAME BISCUITS
Ingredients:
Oatmeal 150g
Whole Wheat Flour 150g
Baking Powder 1tbsp
Butter 120g
Lt. musvocado sugar 80-120g
Honey 50g
Black sesame 30g
Method:
1) Sieved the whole wheat flour & baking powder.
2) Melt the butter, sugar & honey into a saucepan.
3) Add oatmeal & black sesame into sieved flour. Mix well.
4) Pouring liquid into flour and stir well. Form a dough.
5) Roll each into a ball shaped and press onto the baking sheet.
6) Bake at 170c for 15 mins.
BANANA STREDUL
MAPLE BANANA MUFFIN
Ingredient:
Unsalted Butter 80g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Egg 1 no
Maple Syrup 60ml
Cake Flour 100g
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Milk 2 tbsp
Banana 1 no
1) Beat the butter until soft then cream with the sugar.
2) Gradually add egg and mix well.
3) Add maple syrup.
4) Fold in the flour and baking powder
5) Finally add milk to form smooth batter.
6) Add Banana into the mixture.
7) Bake at 170c for 30mins.
8) Leave to cool and brush some more maple syrup onto the top.
