Simple Dinner

The weather is extremely hot these days. So trying to make some simple dinner in order to whet the appetize.

SCRAMBLE EGG WITH ASPARAGUS & TOAST


BAKED MUSHROOMS & MASH


Ingredient:
Base
Mash Potatoes 2 nos
Butter 1 tbsp
Cream 2 tbsp
Salt & Pepper

Topping
Button Mushroom 5-6 nos
Garlic 6 tbsp
Breadcrumbs 5 tbsp
Olive oil a few
Basil Leaves a sprag

Method.
1) Boil the potatoes until cooked. While still hot, make it into mash. Stir into butter, cream, salt & pepper. Season to taste.
2) Put the mash onto the baking dish, place the button mushroom on top, then fill each mushroom with garlic & breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with olive oil & olive oil.
3) Bake at 180-200c for 15-20mins for until golden.

YvesTips:
1) Better using fresh potatoes to make mash instead of ready-made one. The texture is much more better.
2) You may add more Italian Herbs into the stuffed mushrooms in order to make it taste like "Escagot"
