Glutionous Rice Dumplings
Ingredient:
Glutinous rice flour 70g
Corn Starch 30g
Icing Sugar 40g
Water 125ml
Mugwort 1 tbsp
Starch a pinch
Method:
1) Mix all the flours, then add water to stir well.
2) Put into the microwave to cook until the flour dough is ready to use.
3) Powder both hand by starch, then can wrap the glutinous with your flavour fillings.
YvesTips:
1) Using microwave to make glutinous rice pudding is the easiest way. Every microwave has differnt character. Please try it one scoope by one scoope.
2) This time, I use canned red bean filling. You can find it easily in Japanese Department Store.
