Japanese Dinner

EGG PLANT APPETIZER

Very easy to make. (Suitable for lazy ppl, like me)
1) Wash the egg plant, then cut into small pcs.
2) Using a microwave to cook for 7 mins. (Use a microwave steamer with hot water inside) OR you can use a steamer.
3) Pour the sauce onto the egg plant. Sauce - Hosin Sauce 1 tbsp - Sugar 1 tbsp - Garlic 1 tbsp - Drinking Water 1-2 tbsp
** You can make your own choice for the sauce. Last time, I use oyster sauce and not bad though.

Enjoy!!

hi cake-lover,

Those appetizers are not difficult to make. This is a quick dinner. As you know now the weather is very hot, it is hard to stay in the kitchen longer.
