Chicken Liver Pate

This is my husband's favourite food - Chicken Liver Pate. Very easy to make.



材料:
雞肝 8-10塊
Garlic 2 粒
牛油 半湯匙
全脂牛奶 少許
Dijon Mustard 1 茶匙

醃料:
鹽 1 茶匙
糖 1 茶匙
酒 1 茶匙

1) 先用醃料醃雞肝一會.
2) 燒熱牛油, 加入雞肝 煎至金黃.
3) 待涼後, 將雞肝, Garlic, Dijon Mustard 用攪拌器打成醬. 加入牛奶調至合適程度.
