桂花果凍 Osamanthus Jelly

我曾經吃過最美味的桂花糕是在故宮的慈禧太后宴, 一試難忘. 自此之後, 很愛吃桂花糕, 但一直找不著故宮的味道.

我唔係好識甩模,每次都甩唔到模,整到爛晒
點樣先可以好似你咁甩模甩得咁靚呀,有什麼技巧,可否教教我?

其實只是入模前用冰水"long"一"long"個模, 那麼脫模就ok ga la!
