胆粗粗廣式月餅

終於整了廣式月餅, 沒有Kei師傅在旁, 有點怯及不知所措. 最後都出爐了, 仍有點不相信會成功, 我諗要等回油才知曉.

Nice! But maybe can bake a little while more and make it darker? Or is it that the mooncakes we have in Singapore are overcooked? :)
