New Toy - Waffle Maker

I long to buy a waffle maker for years. Today I've found there's a crazy sale in "Sincere" and then I have bought it without thinking too much. Lucky that the waffle machine is very easy to use, really worth for it.

Tonight I have made this Belgium Waffle - really tasty!!

Belgium Waffle Ingredient:
Cake Flour 150g
Dried Yeast 3g
Sugar 10g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Milk 150ml
Sour cream 50g
Egg 1 no
Butter 30g

Method:
1) Melt the butter. Boil the milk into the microwave for 30 seconds.
2) Sieved the flour, add yeast, sugar & salt.
3) Pour warm milk into the flour mixture and combine well.
4) Add sour cream, egg & melted butter into the mixture.
5) Let it stand for 1 hours. (Room temperature in Summer Time)
6) Until the batter is 2 times of the original, use a scraper to stir to make it well done.
7) Preheat the waffle maker, pour 2 scoops at one time. Cook for 3 mins.
8) Served hot with maple syrup.

Hi Angie,

Yes, the shape is so cute and this stuff is not expensive. I am so happy to have it and hope I could use it as often as I could. (Unfortunately, I can only use it on weekend.)

Yves
