Classic Flapjack
I like this kind of classical Flapjack very much and it is very good to serve with cold milk.
材料:
Butter 85g 牛油
Golden Syrup 70g 黃金糖漿
Light Muscovado sugar 25g 原庶糖
Oats 150g 燕麥片
1) Melt the butter, golden syrup & light muscovado sugar in the saucepan.
先在煲內溶牛油, 黃金糖漿及原庶糖,
2) Leave the stove and stir in the oats.
離火, 加入燕麥片.
3) Press onto the baking tray and bake for 30mins.
壓入焗盤內, 焗30分鐘.
4) Bake at 180c
用180c 火.

*焗得耐一點, 會比較乾身及金黃. 放入保存盒可放一星期.
*平時可整定些作早餐.
*焗前記得壓實少許.
*焗完後, 趁熱時用刀背輕介出分界, 待完全cool down 後, 才分件.
