Passion Fruit Ice-Cream 熱情果雪糕磚

老公今天給了我一個驚喜 --- 買了一套戶外枱椅, 放了在天台.
原本他想在天台晚餐, 但我放工回來(還未知道這驚喜), 煮好晚餐才知道他的安排, 所以來不及準備. 最後想起昨晚整了雪糕, 不如就到天台品嚐吧!



材料:
1 杯 忌廉
30克 砂糖
少少 鹽
1/2tsp 雲尼娜香油
1個 熱情果
2tbsp 芒果Jelly粉
20ml 熱水

1)先將忌廉及砂糖"叮"30秒. 只煮熱, 不要煮滾.
2)芒果Jelly粉加熱水,待涼.
2)將忌廉混合物待涼.
3)加入鹽,雲尼娜香油, 芒果Jelly及熱情果蓉.
4)放入雪糕機.

Thanks for your message. The ice-cream that I made wasn't very sweet, maybe the sourness of the passion fruit had already balanced the sweetness. I will post the recipe soon.

多謝您呀, 我相信"家庭溫暖何需大", 兩口子好好相處, 就算在小小斗室中都無妨. 我只是希望有個廚房及種植香草的地方, 所以找到了現在這斗室, 我真的很感恩了!
