Baked Assorted Butter Mushrooms 牛油焗什菇
材料:
什菇 一包
Ground Galic 2 tbsp
豉油雞汁 5 tbsp
味醂酒 1 tsp
牛油 2 tbsp
Maldon Sea Salt a pinch
1) 將所有材料混合, 放入220c 焗爐焗25-30分鐘.

* 如沒有味醂酒可省略.
* 一定要用牛油, 最好用有鹽那種, 味道會很香.
* 用上植物油, 味道始終不及牛油香.
* 如怕肥, 可用Olive Oil.

Yes, it is very easy to make. Just stir and bake. But the final result is very tasty and smell wonderful. Try it!
