Baked Chicken with Miso Grapefruit Honey 味噌柚子蜜燒雞



材料:
雞下脾 4只

醃料:
味噌 1 tbsp
柚子蜜 2 tbsp
味醂 1 tbsp
芝麻油 1 tsp
老抽 1.5 tbsp
紹興酒 1 tbsp

塗料:
水 2 tsp
麥芽糖 1 tbsp

1) 先用醃料醃雞下脾至少3小時.
2) 焗爐220c 焗30分鐘或至金黃.
3) 最後10分鐘, 加塗料, 小心看火.

You can find the Mirin Wine in citysuper, they put it near the soya bean sauce. If you still can't find it, I can show you the picture.
