Baked Chicken with Miso Grapefruit Honey 味噌柚子蜜燒雞
材料:
雞下脾 4只
醃料:
味噌 1 tbsp
柚子蜜 2 tbsp
味醂 1 tbsp
芝麻油 1 tsp
老抽 1.5 tbsp
紹興酒 1 tbsp
塗料:
水 2 tsp
麥芽糖 1 tbsp
1) 先用醃料醃雞下脾至少3小時.
2) 焗爐220c 焗30分鐘或至金黃.
3) 最後10分鐘, 加塗料, 小心看火.
