Pandan Soft Bun 班蘭饅頭

昨天用剩了些班蘭葉, 所以試整了這個班蘭饅頭給老公上機前的小點.


材料:
Cake Flour 110g
Bread Flour 40g
Sugar 20g
Baking Powder 2g
Yeast 5g
Pandan Water 80g

1) 將所有材料混合, 搓至光滑粉團.
2) 待發酵30分鐘.
3) 搓出所需形狀, 放入蒸籠最後發酵15分鐘.
4) 待水滚後, 蒸7分鐘.

*因家內cake flour 已用完, 所以加入bread flour. 口感都不差.
