高纖豆渣營養煎餅 High Fibre Soya Bean Pan Cake



這個recipe是網上好友轉贈, 一直好想整. 剛巧今天有材料(豆渣), 所以弄了出來, 效果不錯.
Yves更改了原著食譜.

材料:
自發粉
豆渣
椰菜
甘荀絲


1) 用水將以上材料混合.
2) 燒熱frying pan, 將豆渣湖兩面煎香.

* 可用普通麪粉.
* 材料自由配合.
* Yves配上今期至愛的韓式烤肉醬, yummy yummy!

Sorry er, can't answer you about the quantity. As I just use up all the inventory at home and add the flour. Pour the water gradually to form a batter.

May I ask what is 豆渣? Is that required? this pan cakes look very yummy ah!!

Hi Maguro,

豆渣actually is the paste left after making soya bean milk. We always
threw it away after making soya bean, but actually those paste still
have a very high nutritient.

We can use this paste for making this pancake, making meat ball... burger...etc.
