Lemongrass Chicken Wings 炒香茅雞翼



材料:
雞翼 8隻
Chilli仔 3隻
老抽 1 tbsp

醃料:
鹽 1 tsp
糖 1 tbsp
生粉 1 tbsp
魚露 1 tsp
香茅 1 stalk (chopped)

1) 醃好雞翼 (最好過夜)
2) 燒紅frying pan, 加油.
3) 放雞翼先煎香兩面.
4) 加入醃汁, 加入chilli & 老抽炒熟.
