日韓友好Pizza - Japanese & Korean Style Pizza



今天不用上班, 用了Last Night剩了的材料, 整了這一道簡單午餐. 味道十分配合, 好好味道!!

材料: (參考Cheerfulkiki 的 pizza dough & 日式pizza 資料) Thank you Kiki.
Pizza Dough:
Bread Flour 150g
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 5 g
Salt 5 g
Olive Oil 5 g
Warm Water 95ml

Toppings:
韓國烤肉汁
椰菜
冬菇
Morzarella Cheese
日式沙津醬
木魚乾

1) Yeast用warm water浸泡5mins.
2) 將全部材料拌勻, 搓約20mins 至光滑.
3) Yeast dough 放溫暖地方發"考"30mins.
4) 將麪團打出氣泡, 滾出Pizza 狀.
5) 先塗韓國烤肉汁, 加椰菜, 冬菇 & Morzarella Cheese.
6) 用180-200c 焗20mins.
7) 最後5mins, 加入日式沙津醬及木魚乾.

是呀, 我覺得日韓食品是好有營養及十分美味. 而且不難去煮(相比中菜)
