田園晚餐B - Vietnamese Rice Paper Roll 越南米紙粉卷

Ingredient:
Chicken Fillet 雞扒(Marinated Overnight醃過夜)
Carrot 甘荀
Crab Fillet 蟹柳
Fresh Basil Leaves 羅勒葉
Rice Paper 越南米紙
Lettuce 中國生菜

Preparation:
1) Marinated the chicken fillet by wine, salt & pepper. Stay overnight.
Steam for 8 mins. 用酒, 鹽及胡椒醃過夜. 用中火蒸8 mins.
2) Slice carrot into stripe. 甘荀切條.

Method:
1) Dip the rice paper into hot water, then dry it with kitchen towel.
將越南米紙浸入熱水中, 很快地拿起. 用廚紙印乾.
2) Put the ingredients onto the rice paper and roll it.
將材料放入米紙中, 卷成春卷狀.

YvesTips:
** 越南米紙不要浸太耐, 因為很易爛.

PEANUT SAUCE 花生醬(For dipping)
Peanut Butter 花生醬 2 tbsp
Hoisin Sauce 海鮮醬 2 tbsp
Soya Bean Milk 豆漿 2 tbsp

1) Mix all the ingredients and put into the microwave for 30 seconds.
全部混合, 入微波爐"叮"30秒.
2) Stir well before use. 拌好可享用.
3) Serve with Peanut Sauce. Yummy!

Hello Yumi,

Mine was bought from Citysuper, $10 per pack. But I think you can buy it from Thai Store too and it might be cheaper.
