Coconut Curry Chicken 椰香咖哩雞



Ingredient
Onion 洋蔥 1 no
Chicken Wings 雞翼 8-12 pcs
Potato Chips 薯條 100g

Curry Powder 咖哩粉 2 tbsp
Ground Cinnamon 玉桂粉 1 tsp
Salt & Pepper to taste
Water 水 1/2 cup
Shredded Coconut 椰絲 1/2 cup
Cherry Tomatoes 車厘茄 4-5 nos

1) 預先醃好雞翼 (Salt, Pepper, Canjun powder, Chilli powder, soya sauce)
2) 先用焗爐焗好薯條, 跟住再焗雞翼至表面金黃色.
3) 燒紅wok, 加洋蔥及咖哩粉, 炒香. 再加玉桂粉.
4) 將雞翼加入, 再加水. 煲至滾. 加入部份椰絲.
5) 咖哩倒入焗盤, 拌入車厘茄及薯條. 表面灑上椰絲, 入焗爐220c for 20mins 至金黃.
6) 上碟加上新鮮Parsley, 伴以香蒜飽佐膳.
