韓式牛肉炒年糕

Yves 比較喜歡韓式的年糕多於上海式. 用了韓式辣椒醬炒, 特別嘢味.


材料 Ingredient:
韓式年糕 Korean Pudding 1 包
Garlic 2 cloves
Ginger 10 slices
牛肉 Beef Fillet 200g
韓式辣椒醬Korean Chilli Paste 2 tbsp
水 Water 1 cup
糖 Sugar 2 tsp

牛肉醃料: Marinade for Beef
糖 Sugar, 豉油 Dark Soya Sauce, 生粉 Corn Starch, 油 Oil, 黑椒 Black Pepper(各適量)

做法 Method:
1)牛肉先醃好, 等15 mins.
Marinade the beef for at least 15 mins.
2)起煱先炒香garlic & giner.
Heat the wok with garlic & ginger.
3)下牛肉快炒, 炒至半熟. 剩起.
Fry the beef until medium rare. Put aside.
4)同一個煱, 下水, 加韓式辣椒醬及糖, 再加韓式年糕, 煮至soften.
Use the same wok, add water then Korean Chilli Paste & sugar.
Then add Korean Pudding cook until soften.
5)牛肉回煱, 再炒多5mins. 可上碟.
Stir back the beef and fry for another 5 mins.
