Korean Dinner 韓式晚餐

CUCUMBER COLD-CUT


Ingredients:
Cucumber 1 no
Sesame a few

Seasoning:
Korean Chili Sauce 1 1/2 tsp
White Vinegar 1 tsp
Sesame Oil 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp

Method:
1) Wash cucumber. Wipe dry. Dice into small pieces.
2) Add all the seasoning, stir well. Sprinkle with sesame on top.


KIMCHI PANCAKE


Ingredients:
Kimchi A few
Flour 150g
Egg 1-2 nos
Water 1/2 cup (depends)
Spring Onion 1 stalk
Oil
Salt a dash

1) Put the flour into a mixing bowl. Then add eggs & water to form a batter.
2) Heat the frying pan with oil. Pour the batter, then place the kimchi & spring onion.
3) Cooked unitl golden brown.


KIMCHI & MINCED PORK DUMPLING


Ingredient:
Minced Pork 130g
Kimchi Some
Stock 4 cups
Dumpling skin 24 pcs

Seasoning:
Egg 1 no
Salt 1/2 tsp
Corn Starch 1 tsp
Pepper a pinch
Sesame Oil a few

1) Mix all the seasoning to the minced pork, then add egg into it. Then add kimchi.
2) Wrap the dumpling.
3) Boil the stock, then put the dumpling into the boiling water unitl cooked.


POMELO JELLY


Ingredient:
Pomelo Tea 3 tsp
Gelatine 3 tbsp
Hot Water 1 1/2 cups

1) Dissolve the gelatine into hot water. Then stir in the Pomelo Tea. Mix well.
2) Chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
3) Cut into small pieces. Serve well.

Hi Angie,

I feel very embarassed as I am not very good at that. But I will try to learn some more Korean dishes. As I think their eating habit is very healthy. I like it.

The jelly is very easy to make and you don't need to scare if you eat too much as it is very low in calories.
