Healthy Food 健康晚餐

CARROT & GINGER SOUP



Ingredient:
Chopped Onion 1 no
Carrot 6 pieces
Garlic 2 cloves
Fresh Ginger 1 piece
Ground Ginger 1 tbsp
Chicken Stock 1 litre

1) Chop the onion & shred the carrot.
2) Add some olive oil to the saucepan, add the garlic & fresh ginger. Stir well.
3) Put the chopped onion into the saucepan and fry for 10 mins until golden.
4) Add ground ginger and fry for another 1 min.
5) Put all the carrot into the saucepan and fry for 15 mins.
6) Add the stock to the carrot and simmer for 20 mins or until carrot soften.
7) Let the soup cool for a bit, use the hand-held blender to make puree.
8) Season to taste.
9) Serve with fresh lemon juice, lemon rind & bread cubes.

Bread Cubes :
Instand Dried Yeast 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Bread (Cut into small cubes)

1) Soak the yeast into warm water, then soak the bread cubes into the yeast mixture.
2) Bake at 180c for 20mins until crispy.


VEGGIE KEBAB WITH COUS COUS



Veggie Kebab
Ingredients:
Green Pepper
Egg Plant
Cherry Tomatoes

Sprinkle with a lot of Olive oil and put into the hot oven (200c) for 30mins.

Cous Cous (Morrocan Rice)
Put hot water or veggie stock into cous cous and stir well. Add butter or olive oil and stir well. Cover the cous cous and let it absort the liquid. (about 15mins).
Then ready to eat!

HOME-MADE VANILLA ICE-CREAM

oh...i was tempted by your ice-cream!! The soup looks very rich, yummy! And the rice is so special, haven't heard a rice cooking method like that, am...seems suits me! Cake-Lover
