Bacon Appetizer & Rosemary Chicken Spagetti

Appetizer : Baked Bacon & Prune

I learnt this dish from TV. Very easy to make.

Bacon 2 lashes
Prune 4 pieces

1) Soak the prune into rum or brandy for 15 mins. (that would be great to soak it overnight)
2) Wrap the prune with bacon, then use tooth pick to fix it.
3) Bake at 250c for 10-15mins.

YvesTips:
*The original recipe would put an almond inside each prune to have a chewy texture. The almond need to be baked before use.

ROSEMARY CHICKEN WITH BASIL SPAGETTI

I use a lot of herbs to make this dish. Rosemary, Thyme for chicken. Italian Mixed Herbs & Basil for spagetti.

Marinade the Chicken Legs overnight.
- Salt & Pepper
- Cooking Wine
- Soy Sauce
- Sugar
- Chopped Garlic
- Rosemary
- Thyme
- "Char Siu" Sauce (to give the color and no need to brush honey on top)

Spagetti
- Cook according to the packing's instructions.
- then drain it under cold water to remove the heat.
- Heat a little bit olive oil into the frying pan.
- Add some ground garlics to the oil, stir well
- Then put the spagetti into the frying pan, keep on stirring.
- Add Italian Herbs to fry.
- Until almost done, then add Basil leaves.

YvesTips!
1) If the spagetti is not served at once, add some olive oil to get rid of sticky.
2) The taste of chicken can be adjusted to your own taste. Marinade overnight would be helped a lot.

我想整這個pasta ar. 想問點解chicken可以咁上色?除了落rosemary & thyme,仲有咩seasonings? & 焗幾耐呀?

個pasta係未煮熟後用herbs炒呀?
