Japanese Soup 日式湯鍋



A very comfort food for a busy day. Actually I was planning to make egg noodles tonight but really too exhuasted after work. So, be a lazy pig again and make this Japanese Soup.

Ingredients:
Soup Base
Water 800ml
Hon-Dashi 2 tbsp
Miram 2 tbsp
Sesame oil a few

Shanghai Pak Choi Few Stalks
Mushroom Some
Lobster Ball 5-6 pcs
Spring Onion to decorate

Method:
1) Boil the water and add Hon-Dashi into the water.
2) Add Pak Choi then lobster ball. After 3 mins, then add mushroom.
3) Until the soup boils again, add Miram & sesame oil. Season to taste.
4) Sprinkle the chopped spring onion to decorate.

1) Comment from my good friend kiki, next time can add sea weed into the soup base to enhance the flavor.
