Teriyaki Chicken Wings 日式照燒雞翼
Ingredient:
Chicken Wings 4 pcs
Teriyaki Sauce 2 tbsp
Miram 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Marinade for chicken wings
Salt
Sugar
Wine
Corn Starch
1) Marinade the chicken wings for over a hour or overnight.
2) Heat the frying pan with 1 tbsp of oil. Fry the chicken wings side by side.
3) Until almost done, add miram to cook for another 2 mins.
4) Teriyaki Sauce mix with sugar, then add to the chicken wings and cook until the sauce thick.

Yes, it is kind of cooking wine and it is sweeten.
