Laksa with Home-Made Egg Noodles 手打全蛋麪喇沙



Home-made Egg Noodle
Flour 2 bowls
Egg 2 nos.
Water a few

1) Add the egg to the flour, slowly add water to knead until the dough is formed.
2) Roll out the dough at least 20 times.
3) Then cut the noodle out.
4) Use the shrimp soup base to boil the noodles & bean sprout.
5) Drain the noodles under the running water. Cool it.

Laksa Soup Base:
Hot Water
Shrimp
Salt

1) Boil the hot water with salt.
2) Then boil the shrimp into it. Drain the shrimp for later use.
3) Keep the water for Laksa soup base.

Laksa
Laksa Sauce 2 tbsp
Milk 150ml
Coconut Milk 150ml
Fried Bean Curd a few
Bean Sprout a few

1) Heat the boil into the saucepan, then add Laksa Sauce, Stir well.
2) Add Shrimp soup base with hot water. Then add fried bean curd and boil.
3) Add milk & coconut milk.
4) When it comes to boil, add to the noodles.
