Hurray! Organic Fruits for my pineapple cake filling

好開心, 今日買到有機鳳梨及魚翅瓜. 等待它們成熟, 就可以自製鳳梨酥filling. 急不及待了.

Remember you should add more maltose and sugar for the fresh pinapple, if it is not sweet enough, otherwise, the filling turns very sour and waste all your effort
