柚子蜜茄子涼菜 Grapefruit Honey Egg Plant Appetizer

材料:
茄子 2 個

醃料:
柚子蜜 2 tbsp
韓國Chilli Paste 1 tbsp
Ground Garlic 2 cloves
Hot water 2 tbsp

1) 煲熱水加Salt, 水滾落茄子.
2) 另外用熱水開柚子蜜加韓國Chilli Paste & Ground Garlic.
3) 茄子放涼, 伴入醃料.
