田園晚餐A - Green Salad

Since still have some veggie left after making the masala omelette yesterday, so decided to make the Green Salad. Very refreshing!



Ingredient 材料:
Onion 洋蔥 1 no.
Green Pepper 1 no.
Yellow Pepper 1 no.
Red Pepper 1 no.
Green Olive a few
Cherry Tomatoe & Mint Leaves to Garnish

Salad Dressing:
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Basamic Vinegar 陳年意大利醋 2 tbsp
French Mustard 法國芥末 1 tsp
Anchovy 鯷魚 3 小條 (鬼佬咸魚)
Pepper
Lime Juice

Looks very good! But a lot of bell peppers ar.. I am afraid of bell peppers. ^_^

Hi Oppss,

Hehe, bell pepper is a very nutrient food as it could be anti-oxidiant. Adding the vinegrette could make it easy to eat.
