Gado Gado - 印尼沙津
因為屋企有一包印尼蝦片, 不如將"她"做成一道晚餐.
材料:
印尼蝦片
青瓜
薯仔 (Boil in the hot water for 8 mins)
豆泡 (Blanched in the hot water for 5 mins)
甘荀 (Blanched in the hot water for 2 mins)
番茄
雞蛋 (Boiled)
汁料:
花生醬 2 tbsp
海鮮醬 1 tbsp
泰國Chilli Paste 1 tsp
Mexican Pepper a dash
Coconut Milk 50ml
Water
用水及coconut milk把以上材料拌勻. 按自己喜好調配. 可加入沙爺醬/鳳梨汁/garlic/豉油.
