泰國青木瓜絲沙津

天氣太熱了, 沒有胃口. 這一道沙津最合我意.


在泰國, 媽媽會把這個研磨送給女兒作為嫁妝. 當我結婚時, 亦嚷著要媽媽都送我一個.




材料:
青木瓜 1 個
Carrot 1/4 pc
Garlic 2 cloves
乾Chilli 3 個
花生 適量
Lime Juce 1 個
亞參醬 1.5 tbsp (用少少熱水開, 隔核)

1) 青木瓜刨絲.
2) 將所有材料在研磨中拌好, 最後加入青木瓜絲.
