Fried Veggie with Thai Pickled Mud Fish泰式咸魚炒芥蘭


這是我第一次炒菜, 不太差吧!

材料:
芥蘭 1 包
薑絲 少許
片糖 1 tbsp (打碎)
泰式咸魚 1 tbsp
滾水 少許

1)燒紅fring pan, 落油, 加薑絲炒香.
2)落芥蘭加滾水, Put the lid, 焗一會.
3)快炒, 再下片糖&泰式咸魚. 上碟.

1) 加入酒炒, 口味更佳.
