Asparagus with Honey Mustard Sauce



原本應該是Asparagus with Hollandise Sauce, 不過買不到horsedish. Horsedish Sauce 與Asparagus 真的很夾. 不過太難買到. 所以今晚自創了Honey Mustard Sauce.

Honey Mustard Sauce (Yves自創)
Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp
Warm Water 2 tsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Tumeric 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Olive Oil 1 tsp

Hollandise Sauce (Recipe from 5-star hotel)
Unsalted Butter
Egg Yolk
Salt & Pepper
Lemon Juice
Horsedish
