日式燒餅 Okonomiyaki



材料:
雞蛋 2顆
麪粉 1杯
水 1/2杯
鏗魚乾粉 1/2tsp
鹽 少許
味醂酒 1tsp
椰菜 1/4個
蟹柳 4條
冬菇 8隻
燒汁
日式沙律醬
木魚碎

1) 將雞蛋, 麪粉及水開成粉漿.
2) 加入鏗魚乾粉, 鹽及味醂酒調味.
3) 再拌入食材.
4) 燒熱frying pan, 落蛋漿. 煎香一面, 再煎另一面.
5) 淋上燒汁, 日式沙律醬及木魚碎. 趁熱享用.

個昆布記得買早煮昆布, 是已做好一個工序, 買回來後用濕布刷掙就可, 不用水洗. 用的份量, 一小段就夠. 不用太多.
