Fish & Chips with Dill Sauce 炸魚薯條配刃草醬

炸魚薯條


材料:
魚柳 2塊
薯仔 1個
雞蛋 1顆
麪包糠 5tbsp

醃料:
Salt & Pepper little
酒 1 tsp

1) 先用醃料醃好魚柳, 至少夜2 hours.
2) 燒熱油. 待用.
3) 魚柳點雞蛋, 再用麪包糠包裹.
4) 落pan煎, 先用大火上色. 兩邊炸金黃. 熄爐, 用餘溫炸熟. 再開大火, 炸多一會.
作用是迫出多餘 的油份.
5) 薯仔切大塊, 炸至熟透.
6) 洒上Maldon Sea Salt.

Dill Sauce 刃草醬


材料:
刃草 1 tbsp
Sour Cream 1/4 cup

材料攪拌即可.
