Potatoes Gratin



材料:
薯仔 2個
洋蔥 1小個
牛奶 1/2 cup
忌廉 1/2 cup
芝士碎 little
Thyme little
Salt & Pepper

1) 將薯仔切好薄片, 浸牛奶 (份量之外), 以防變色.
2) 焗盤掃牛油. 鋪上一層薯仔, 洋蔥, 芝士碎及Thyme. 重覆.
3) 牛奶, 忌廉及salt & pepper, 煲熱. 加入焗盤中.
4) 焗180c, 1-1.5hours.
