Blueberry & Lime Butter Cake

參考"都市日報", 我再在面上放些黃糖, 增加了金黃效果.


材料: (4-5 Muffin cup)
牛油 100克
砂糖 90克
鹽 1/4茶匙
雞蛋 2只
青檸皮茸 1 茶匙
青檸汁 2 茶匙
麪粉 100克
泡打粉 1 茶匙
鮮藍莓 60克

做法:
1)麪粉及泡打粉過篩備用.
2)焗爐預熱至180度
3)牛油加糖打至輕軟至白, 再加鹽拌勻.
4)雞蛋逐隻加入, 拌至完全混合.
5)將青檸皮及青檸汁加入.
6)分2至3次加入粉類, 用橡皮刮刀拌勻.
7)最後拌入藍莓.
8)焗約20分鐘.

* Yves焗了多5-10分鐘, 因為喜愛金黃面.
* 粉不要一次過落, 要分幾次.
* 雞蛋及牛油要回室溫.

Thank you ter,

be honest, I like this one rather than delifrance. Maybe this one is using plain flour which has a softer texture. hehe
