照燒三文魚配紅米飯 Terriyaki Salmon with Brown Rice



材料:
三文魚扒 2塊

醃料:
味醂 1湯匙
糖 1湯匙
酒 1/2湯匙
日式燒汁 2湯匙

1) 用醃料醃至少30mins.
2) 三文魚撲上粟粉, 用non-stick pan煎至金黃色.
3) 最後用剩餘的醃料, 放入pan內, 燒至汁收乾.
