Ginger Milk Pudding 薑汁撞奶

材料:
奶 200ml
薑汁 1.5tbsp

1) 先磨薑, 壓榨薑汁.
2) 煲熱牛奶, 不要滾, 只要煲邊有泡, 有白煙.
3) 緣碗邊倒入牛奶. 不要動, 用碟蓋好, 5-8分鐘即成.

YvesTips!
1) 牛奶是用蒙牛全脂.
2) 薑是普通街市買的, 壓榨成薑汁後, 並沒有粉狀物. 我亦曾試過用有粉末的薑 汁, 都可以凝固.
3) 我並沒有用撞的方式, 只是緩緩倒入碗中.
4) 如喜歡甜食, 可在煲奶時加入糖.
