熱辣辣的感恩節晚餐

今晚遲了很多收工, 回到家只餘半小時弄晚餐, 好趕呀! 所以都沒有時間將相照好, 希望大家不要介意. 祝大家有個溫暖的Thanksgiving Day.

Tandoori Chicken 印式燒雞


出貓薄餅配自家製番茜印度醬


Green Coriander Chutney 印度番茜醬

Ingredient 材料 :

Green Chllie 青長椒 2 pcs
Ginger 1 pcs
Garlic 3 cloves
Coconut Milk 1 small can
Coriander 番茜 1 large bunch
Fresh Mint 1 large bunch
Salt a few
Cater Sugar a few
Lime 3 nos.

1) Put all the ingredients into the blender, whisk well.
