焗Bailey's 芝士蛋糕




材料: (7" cake tin)
餅底
Oreo Biscuit 60g
Butter 25g

1)將餅乾弄碎, 加入溶牛油拌勻, 鋪於模底. 放入雪櫃備用.

芝士餅
忌廉芝士 250克
糖 50克
雞蛋 1.5個
Bailey's 半杯

裝飾
朱古力粉
Dusting Sugar

1) 將忌廉芝士放軟, 與糖混合.
2) 己打散的蛋汁, 逐次加入. 直至全部混合幼滑.
3) 慢慢倒入Bailey's, 拌至全部混合, 無顆粒.
4) 焗盤座水, 用180度, 焗40分鐘.
5) 放涼, 入雪櫃至少一晚.
6) 吃前可用朱古力粉及Dusting Sugar裝飾.
